How do I get multi-gestures to work again on my Acer netbook?

I upgraded to Windows 7 on my netbook, and the multi-gestures on the touchpad don’t work anymore. How do I fix it?

Try opening the control panel and click on the mouse icon (in icon view, not category view). In the mouse properties window, there should be a tab labeled device settings. Under this tab, click the settings button and you can choose which mouse gestures to enable.
If you have a Synaptics touchpad, try updating the driver.
