And if dust does get in them, how do I get it out?

Frustrated by internet paranoia how do i deal with it?
lately,being on the internet has been a pain in the *** because it seems i take every article or even the answers on this site so literally and relate them too much to my own life etc……i can’t even enjoy anything anymore because every time i read something i just get paranoid and just hypersensitive…..is this some sort of disorder?It’s becoming a freaking chore to be on the net..I’m not even kidding….

also, i looked at frys and there was a cooling pad and a cooling pad w/ hub….whats the difference?

okay so i just bought a netbook and have downloaded both limewire 5 and itunes since it is a new computer will i lose all the music on my ipod already if i plug it in to my netbook or what i want to know for sure before i plug my ipod in because im going to be really upset if i have to get all of my music over again THANK YOU!!!
